Based on your personal preferences, requirements, and budget I will design a space as unique as you are.
Included in the Design Presentation:
- Floor Plan
- Inspiration Pictures
- Furniture Options
- Wall Color & Fabric Selections
- Window Treatment Design
- Floor Covering Options
- Art and Accessory Options
Design Fee is $1500 per room
Design Implementation fee is 20% of the furniture budget (For this small fee, we will order all items, coordinate/oversee all deliveries, and style/arrange all furnishings once they are in the home).
Furnishings will be sold to client at retail prices, we do not charge a mark-up
(as most designers do).
