Staging Rates & Packages: 


Home Staging Plan:
 $1500 per room

*Additional Furniture rental fees and/or accessory costs will be determined upon visit.

1. We analyze the property and develop a comprehensive home staging plan.

2. We return to strategically style, arrange decor, and fine tune. 

3. The end result is a house that has an irresistible first impression and appeals to the widest range of potential buyers.


Home Staging Consultation: $400 per room

1. We walk through the property and analyze the pros and cons of each room. 

2. We put together a detailed report to send to you within 48 hours.  Staging report includes pictures, "To Do" list, ideas and easy to follow instructions to help you enhance the positive features of the property and provide solutions to make the negative features turn into positive ones.  

3. Should you want to hire us to complete the staging for you, we will credit you the consultation fee towards the Home Staging Fee.
